Do you give free estimates?
Yes, we do! We offer over the phone or we can set up a time most convienant for you!
How long does the carpet take to dry?
Depending on the amount of soiling, usually it takes about 2-5 hours!
Can we walk on it while it is wet?
We ask you to wait until the carpet is completely dry but if it is necessary as long as your shoes are clean you will not damage the carpet!
Can we open the windows for the carpet to dry?
Because of the humidity in the area we live in, it is best to close all windows and doors and turn on the a/c or heat to dry it as fast as possible!
Can you do anything about odors?
Yes! We have many different tools for attacking a wide range of odors in a house from pet odor to food and spice odors!
How far ahead do we need to schedule?
If you give us two weeks advance we can usually give you an appointment that works best for you!
